These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 90apiso ("90apiso," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at 90apiso.net ("the Platform").

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum convertible amount are all specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.

Detection of bonus abuse may result in immediate cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings, and account suspension.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at a time. You may not combine multiple bonuses unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits stacking.
Games available on the 90apiso Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game's specific rules shall prevail for matters related to gameplay.
All random number generators ("RNG") used in 90apiso games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published return-to-player ("RTP") percentages represent the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
90apiso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for breach, 90apiso may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawal amounts pending investigation. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after the conclusion of any investigation or applicable regulatory hold period.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 90apiso support via live chat. Account closure does not affect any outstanding financial obligations or legal rights of either party that arose prior to closure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
